Buyer Information:
The individual or legal entity who places an order via the website www.redique.co ("Website").

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's Website, including the qualifications of the product(s), sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions.

2. Product Information

Details of the product(s) ordered, including quantity, model, and price, are stated in the order summary on the Website and in the invoice, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment is made by the Buyer through the payment methods available on the Website. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer, within the period specified in the order confirmation, depending on the shipping method chosen.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without providing any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to a person/organization at the address specified.

5. Return Procedure

The Buyer may initiate a return request by contacting the Seller via email or WhatsApp. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated in the Seller's policies.
