Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery Information

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

All shipments are sent with tracking numbers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $15 USD for all orders. Free shipping applies to orders over $100 USD.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
